I am the proud owner of Aluna Sol Tattoo Studio, I’ve been a tattoo artist for 15 years and a studio owner for over 10 years. I was born in the Philippines, and immigrated here as an Air Force brat with my parents as a young child. My tattoo career is heavily inspired by my Philippine shamanic bloodline on my mother’s side of the family. Ancestral guides have brought me to where I am today in my accomplishments as an artist, energy practitioner, and a mother to 4 wonderful children.

I began incorporating my spiritual practice in my tattooing about 3 years ago. This practice is my way of bringing back the sacred traditions of tattooing and energy work to the modern tattoo.

Tattooing in many ancient practices were performed by shaman, energy workers, and medicine people. Tattoos were done in a sacred space. Ancient tattoo practitioners facilitated healing and honor to the receiving individual, and brought in the energy and light of our guides. Making offerings to the spirits in exchange for blessing the tattoo with divine energy.

I use offerings, drums, rattles, smudging, and alters to call in our spiritual guides to supercharge the energy that the ink carries. Water is a sacred carrier of frequency and this will reflect in the energy carried in the tattoo pigment.

This can be applied to tattoos that,

With these tattoos I facilitate healing, releasing, manifesting, transformation,empowerment, and protection. I am also able to provide spiritually intuitive designs through journeying
