Stay Hydrated!
Get a good night's sleep
Shower!
Moisturize your skin for a few days prior. If you already do, no need to add more. If you moisturize the area, this will not only help me, but it will help your tattoo as well!
Make sure to eat something! It is highly recommended to avoid lightheadedness or fainting.
Bring some of your favorite snacks! This will help to not only keep you feeling good physically, but it will also help mentally!
BRING WATER
Dress appropriately for your session. Please do not wear jeans if we are working on your legs. The most important thing is going to be your comfort for a long period of time. If you're hoping to have a cute shirt or something in the photo after, you are welcome to bring it along. Keep your comfort in mind first!
Please do not drink alcohol or take any pain relievers/medications that will thin your blood beforehand. This will make the process more difficult!
If you are taking any prescription medications or have any health issues you may be unsure about with tattooing, reach out to your health care provider and make sure it's safe for you to be tattooed!
Avoid excessive exercise for a couple of days; you don't want tense muscles.
Please reach out as soon as possible for cancellations! Within 72 hours is ideal.
